2012 Mink Vineyard Pinot Noir
The most developed aromatics of the lineup, with earthy, humus, chocolate mousse, nutmeg/spice, berry pie, juicy, opulent, mouthwatering, potpourri, pie cherry/pomegranate. Pair with cheese & figs as an appetizer or mushroom pasta.
2013 Mink Vineyard Pinot Noir
Fresh herbs, floral, elevated notes on the palate, more red fruit, wet stone, some blueberry, focused, long, structured, grape blossom, tea, orange spice, complex, layered and delicate. Pair with scallops with a citrus glaze or bouillabaisse.
2014 Mink Vineyard Pinot Noir
Berry pie, wet stone/mineral, very dark and concentrated, silky texture, an explosion of complex fruit on the palate, juicy and youthful, a hedonistic wine to enjoy on its own or... Pair with Beef Bourgogne or pork tenderloin with huckleberry sauce.
2015 Mink Vineyard Pinot Noir
flint/mineral, wet stone, fresh and vibrant huckleberry/cherry fruit, pomegranate, deep and focused, long, classic. Pair with lamb or pheasant, grilled vegetables off the bbq!
2016 Mink Vineyard Pinot Noir
Fresh and vibrant, a little more to the elegant end of the spectrum, fresh herbs, huckleberry, sage, balanced, elegant, wild. Pair with Grilled Salmon, pasta with red sauce & basil.
2017 Mink Vineyard Pinot Noir
Broad, textural, and ripe. Expressing deeper blackberry/blueberry notes, chocolate and mineral notes. A lush and hedonistic wine drinking very well a la carte, or pair with ribeye.
