Russian
River Pinot Noir
Our Russian River Pinot Noir is sourced from the cooler, western side of the Russian River Valley closer to the chilly Pacific breezes and less protected by coastal hills. The wine is produced entirely from Dijon 115 and grown on characteristic sandy Russian River soils. Formerly having produced the flavorful Gravenstein apples Sebastopol is known for, these soils transition nicely to produce explosively fruity Pinot Noirs with bright cherry flavors and spice. We find the Russian River designate to be the most approachable and hedonistic of all our Pinots.
